Visual Editors concluded their first web video journalism workshops held May 5-9, 2008 and needless to say, the results and comments from the attendees speaks greatly about the out side the box thinking that is the new paradigm of solo video journalism.
A recent IM6 (Integrated Multimedia 6 ways) presentation by my colleague and friend, David Dunkley-Gymiah prompted me to think about where my fellow newspaper photo-j shooters are going with their transition to shooting video.
